Carl J. Spagnuolo is a partner at McHale | Slavin specializing in entertainment, trademark and copyright Law. Mr. Spagnuolo’s trademark portfolio includes the representation of high profile trademark accounts including Carvel® Ice Cream, Cinnabon®, Moe’s Southwest Grill®, Rally® and Rain Dance® automotive products. His current and former entertainment clients include Fran and Anthony Cosmo, rock artists who were formerly with the internationally famous band, Boston; Tony Stevens, the founding original member of Foghat; and Rock & Roll Hall of Fame® inductees, Jerry Martini, the co-founder of "Sly & The Family Stone," and Bo Diddley.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Spagnuolo served as the Assistant Director of Music and Entertainment and house pianist at the world famous, 5-star Breakers Hotel in Palm Beach, Florida. Born in Quakertown, Pennsylvania, Mr. Spagnuolo is also a musical director, producer and arranger. He has performed with musicians such as Bo Diddley, Jay and The Techniques, Clarence Clemons, The Drifters and The Marvelettes.
